实验结果表明,电催化氧化技术和Fenton氧化技术对邻苯二甲酸二丁酯都具有较好的处理效率,都可达到70%。在电催化氧化工艺中,最佳的处理工艺条件是pH=7、I=6A、T=75min,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的最大处理效率为72.3%;在Fenton氧化工艺中,最佳的处理工艺条件是:pH=3、过氧化氢的投加量=0.2mol/L、Fe2 的浓度=0.25mmol/L、T=60min,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的最大处理效率为70.2%。所以电催化氧化技术对邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的处理效率高于Fenton氧化技术。pH方面,Fenton氧化工艺在酸性条件下最好,电催化氧化工艺在中性条件下最好;反应时间方面,Fenton氧化工艺与电催化氧化工艺相同是60min。

研究首次采用电催化氧化技术处理较高浓度的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(100mg/L)工业废水,去除效率较为满意。由于废水中成分复杂,要进一步提高效率仍需进一步探索。

Study on advanced oxidation treatment of BDO wastewater

Abstract:Dibutyl phthalate is a kind of phthalic acid esters, is a kind of environmental hormone, on human reproductive system are hazardous, and has the role of the "three letter". China Petrochemical subsidiary of Yizheng Chemical Fiber Co. the hydrogenation of maleic anhydride method to produce 1, 1,4-butanediol (BDO), the production process generated containing organic wastewater of high concentration of dibutyl phthalate (DBP). The treatment efficiency of dibutyl phthalate (DBP), mainly research of advanced oxidation technology, which has the representative technology, electro catalytic oxidation technology and Fenton oxidation technology and of the two techniques were single factor analysis. The selected factors in the electro catalytic oxidation technology were pH, current, reaction time, and the influence factor of Fenton oxidation technology was pH, hydrogen peroxide, Fe2 concentration and reaction time..

The experimental results show that the electro catalytic oxidation technology and Fenton oxidation technology of dibutyl phthalate has better treatment efficiency of 70%.The optimum process conditions of electro catalytic oxidation process is pH =7, I=6A, T=75min, maximum efficiency in the processing of dibutyl phthalate was 72.3%.The optimum process conditions of Fenton oxidation process is: pH(=7), hydrogen peroxide dosage =0.2mol/L, Fe2 concentration x = 0.25mmol/l, T=60min, maximum treatment efficiency of dibutyl phthalate (DBP) was 70.2%. he treatment efficiency of electro catalytic oxidation technology of dibutyl phthalate is higher than Fenton oxidation technology. For PH value, the best treatment efficiency of Fenton oxidation process is under acidic conditions, that of electro catalytic oxidation process is under neutral condition. For reaction time, Fenton oxidation process and electro catalytic oxidation process is all the same of 60min.

Study is the first to adopt electro catalytic oxidation technology in higher concentrations of dibutyl phthalate (80mg / L) in industrial wastewater treatment, removal efficiency is satisfactory. Due to the complexity of the composition of wastewater, further exploration is needed to further improve the efficiency.
