摘 要

  1. 通过查阅资料,了解并学习后压缩式垃圾车的基本工作原理和内部结构,深入学习后压缩式垃圾车下刮板的结构、工作原理和载荷状况等。
  2. 在Solidworks平台上建立后压缩式垃圾车下刮板的三维模型,并对模型中一些结构较复杂且对最终收集分析情况影响很小或无关的部分进行简化处理,以便于在后面的分析处理中可以提高工作效率。
  3. 使用Hypermesh几何处理平台中关于几何清理和网格划分的部分。将Solidworks平台中建立的三维模型导入Hypermesh平台进行几何处理,之后在Hypermesh中划分网格。
  4. 使用Ansys有限元分析平台。将Hypermesh平台中处理好的文件导入Ansys有限元分析平台,根据了解到的垃圾车下刮板实际工况在Ansys平台中为模型施加载荷并运算出分析结果。

本课题最终得到工程车下刮板结构的模态分析以及在恶劣工况下的静力分析结果,并根据得到的结果对工程车下刮板结构的特点及其设计合理性进行分析

Abstract: After compression type garbage truck rely on compressor to fill, compression and sorting garbage, and the scraper is the realization of function is an important part of the compressor. Scraper is working under the environment is very bad, is complicated by working load, its mechanical performance of the whole work mechanism has important influence on reliability and working efficiency. Based on this, this article after compression type garbage truck under scraper as the research object, and carried out based on the platform of Ansys finite element model analysis, to study the compression type garbage truck under the static structure of the scraper and stress distribution under vibration condition, and to study by analyzing the results the scraper structure optimization. Main work process is briefly as follows:

(1) Through access to information, to understand and learn the basic working principle of compression type garbage truck and internal structure, compression type garbage truck after in-depth study of the scraper structure, working principle and load conditions, etc.

(2) On the Solidworks platform built after compression type garbage truck under the three dimensional model of scraper, and some in the model structure is relatively complex and little impact on ultimate collection analysis situation or irrelevant part to simplify processing, so that in the back of the analysis process can improve the work efficiency.

(3) To understand and learn the Hypermesh geometry processing platform of geometry cleanup and part of the grid. Solidworks platform to establish the three-dimensional model of the import Hypermesh geometry processing platform, after dividing the grid in Hypermesh.

(4) To understand and learn the Ansys platform. Hypermesh platform to handle good file to import the Ansys finite element analysis platform, based on the understanding to the garbage truck scraper under practical conditions for the model in the Ansys platform applied load and computing the results of the analysis.

Under this topic up truck scraper structure modal analysis and static analysis under the condition of results, and according to the results of truck scraper structure characteristics and design rationality is analyzed
