摘 要

基坑工程是指建筑物的基础或地下结构中所进行的土体开挖、土体加固、降水、支护等一系列工程的总称。基坑工程不仅牵涉结构力学、土力学等力学知识,还涉及钢筋混凝土结构、原位测试等其他知识,是地下空间开发和利用中的一个相对复杂而且综合性很强的岩土工程问题。

本次设计是针对依托工程张家港沙洲湖科技创新园工程,进行深基坑支护设计,拟建办公楼E1地上25层,框剪结构,地下2层,负一层底板顶标高-5.30m,负二层底板顶标高-9.50m。根据岩土工程勘察报告可知,地基土层主要由填土、淤泥质土、粉砂、粉质粘土组成。基坑采用两种支护体系相结合的方案:基坑上部采用土钉墙体系,下部采用钻孔灌注桩桩锚体系。

本次设计主要先了解了国内外有关深基坑的发展和现状,然后通过勘察报告了解该工程的具体地质条件和周边环境,并根据基坑开挖深度和地下永久结构设计的情况确定了基坑的支护体系,运用理正深基坑设计软件对支护结构进行了设计计算。通过对本工程分析,提出了监测等方面的合理化建议,对工程的施工建设具有一定的意义。

Abstract

Excavation engineering refers to the comprehensive engineering of excavation, precipitation, supporting and soil consolidation, etc. Excavation engineering involves knowledge of many subjects such as soil mechanics, structural mechanics, reinforced concrete structure and in-situ testing. It is a complicated and comprehensive geotechnical engineering problem in the development and utilization of underground space.

This design of deep excavation is according to the project of Shazhou Lake Technology Park in Zhangjiagang. The construction of the proposed office building E1 on the ground is frame shear structure with 25 floors. And the basement of the building has 2 floors where the elevation of the first floor is -5.30m and the elevation of the bottom floor is -9.50m. From the investigation report, the foundation soil is composed of soil, silt soil, silt, silty clay. The excavation uses two kinds of supporting system. The upper part uses the soil nailing wall system, and the bottom part is reinforced with reinforced cement soil pile anchor system.

First I learn about the development and present situation of the deep excavation at home and aboard. And then I learn the engineering geological conditions and the surrounding environment through the investigation report to choose the supporting system. Lizheng design software is used for the design and calculation of supporting structure. Through the analysis of the engineering, the rationalization proposals for the monitoring and other aspects are put forward, which have certain significance for the construction of the project.
