150欧姆人工电源网络的设计制作

摘 要

多年来,不仅电子设备的数量,而且其复杂性,出现了大幅度的增长,这使得现代系统更容易受到各种类型的电磁干扰。为了解决日益严重的电磁兼容性的迫切问题,随之而来的电磁兼容性测试的形势越来越受到广泛而严重的关注。

人工电源网络在实际生活当中的主要作用:

①规定了从受试设备端口看进去的整个网络的输入阻抗;

②将削弱受设设备的电源电压干扰,即把受设设备电源干扰耦合到测试设备;

③减少外部电源网络的噪声电压的影响。

本课题的主要任务是设计并制作一套输入阻抗为150欧姆人工电源网络。本文首先介绍人工电源网络的基本含义和基本原理,第二步分析了本课题的人工电源网络150欧姆人工电源网络的内部元器件,包括电容,电阻的选择和电感线圈的制作与测试,且分析整个网络的电路设计;并且设计人工电源网络的壳体;第三步对本课题所设计与制作的人工电源网络进行了电路搭接与实验调试。第四步是对所设计的人工电源网络的参数(阻抗与相角)进行了实验测试和隔离度、分压系数的仿真分析。结果表明本课题所设计并制作的人工电源网络的性能参数基本符合规定要求。

Abstract: The number of years, not only electronic equipment, and its complexity, there has been substantial growth, which makes the system more vulnerable to modern types of electromagnetic interference. In order to solve the increasingly serious problem of electromagnetic compatibility of urgency, the ensuing electromagnetic compatibility testing situation has become more widespread and serious concern.

The main effect of the artificial mains network in which real-life [2]:

① provides input from the EUT port impedance looking into the entire network;

② will weaken the power supply voltage disturbances by setting the device, namely the setting device is coupled to the power supply from interfering with the test equipment;

③ reduce the effects of noise voltage of the external power supply networks.

The main task of this project is to design and produce a set of input impedance of 150 ohms artificial mains network. This paper introduces the basic meaning and basic principles of artificial mains network, second analysis of this topic artificial mains network 150 Ohm artificial network of internal components, including the fabrication and testing of the capacitor, resistor and inductor selection, and analysis Circuit design of the entire network; and a housing design artificial network; the third step of the subject of the design and production of artificial mains network circuit lap with experimental debugging. The fourth step is the design parameters of the artificial mains network (impedance and phase angle) conducted experiments to test and isolation, divided simulation pressure coefficients. The results show that the performance parameters of the subject of the design and production of artificial mains network in line with regulatory requirements.
